Domestic Cleaning Services
Most of our customers are in the Wakefield/ Ossett/ Horbury area, but we will consider any location as long as we feel we can continue
a high level of service to the customer.
- Spring cleans / one offs, or regular daily, weekly or monthly schedules
- Competitive rates, determined by the needs of each individual customer
- Initial cleaning survey completed with written statement of customer needs
- Full Public Liability Insurance to £1 million for any negligent acts by our cleaners
- Regular customer courtesy contact to ensure satisfaction continues.
- The same cleaner will be allocated to one regular schedule, except for illness or holidays - you will always be advised first of any temporary change of cleaner
- Flexible payment plans including standing orders
- All our cleaners have had home visits and at least 2 references checked to ensure they are of a high standard. In fact many of our cleaners have come from existing employees - a good recommendation!
- Relief cleaners are usually offered if the regular cleaner is unavailable (on rare occasions).
