Company Background

House Proud Cleaners (HPC) commenced trading in 2002 when Debbie Broadbent chose to set up in business on her own after working for various employers. It is based in Ossett, West Yorkshire and services the surrounding towns.

Debbie initially worked alone but soon received more customer referrals than she could deal with.

Of course, she didn’t wish to turn these new potential customers away, so she decided, with the help of her husband, Paul, to employ other quality cleaners who had the same high standards as her. Paul runs the business side, and Debbie manages the cleaners and customer service side.

The business has now grown successfully with many local customers, most of whom are actively referring other customers to the business regularly.

The business is based on a high level of customer service with competitive rates.

HPC is constantly seeking additional cleaners and of course customers as the business expands and welcomes enquiries from anyone.
